ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES.
Notwithstanding, in the event an event is cancelled, the ticket purchaser will automatically receive a refund not to exceed the face value of the ticket. In the event an event is rescheduled, the ticket purchaser will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket if, within five (5) days of the event’s originally scheduled date, the ticket purchaser forwards the original e-mail receipt to refunds@Unoticket.com and requests a refund. Under no circumstances will a replacement ticket be issued for any ticket that has been damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed.

Unoticket.com Productions, Inc. shall not be liable for any default resulting from force majeure, which shall be deemed to include any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the party or parties affected. No action, regardless of form, arising out of or pertaining to the purchase of tickets herein may be brought by the ticket purchaser more than one (1) year after the cause of action has accrued. Unoticket.com shall not be liable for any claim or demand against the ticket purchaser by a third party.
Each event venue may have specific requirements for admission to the event and/or premises, including, but not limited to, minimum age requirements and dress codes. By purchasing a ticket, each ticket purchaser agrees to comply with any and all requirements set forth by the event venue. The ticket purchaser further agrees to hold Unoticket.com Productions, Inc. harmless from any damages caused by a denial of entry for failure to comply with the event venue’s entry requirements.
RECEIVING MESSAGES
By agreeing to these Terms of Use or requesting a text message from us, You agree that we and those acting on our behalf may send You text (SMS) messages (including texts sent using an autodialer) from us at the phone number You provided us, even if that number is on a National or State Do Not Call List. These messages may include the information you requested and operational messages related to Your use of the Service, as well as marketing or other promotional messages.
